PRODUCT MARKETING ASSOCIATE
Listed in the Inc. 5000 for multiple consecutive years as the fastest growing Talent Management platform in America, we are expanding our Marketing Direct Team with a mission to The Product Marketing team ensures ClearCo’s products are clearly positioned, successfully launched, and effectively communicated across the market. We partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to translate product innovation into compelling messaging, strong enablement, and customer communications that drive adoption, retention, and growth.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will work closely with the Director of Product Marketing & Analyst Relations, supporting product launches, messaging development, competitive intelligence programs, analyst engagement, and customer communications.
You will collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, Account Management, and Growth Marketing to ensure product launches, messaging, and enablement materials support both new customer acquisition and customer expansion.
You will partner with Revenue Operations and Sales Enablement to maintain and optimize our competitive intelligence ecosystem, ensuring platforms like Klue are effectively integrated with systems such as Salesforce and Gong to capture accurate win/loss insights, competitive signals, and market intelligence for the organization.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- In your first 60–90 days, you will become familiar with ClearCo’s platform, messaging framework, and go-to-market model while helping coordinate competitive intelligence for the field, upcoming product launches and organizing key product marketing materials.
- Help build and maintain ClearCo’s competitive intelligence program, ensuring competitive insights, battlecards, and deal intelligence are accessible and actionable for Sales teams.
- Partner with Revenue Operations to ensure our competitive intelligence ecosystem — including Klue, Salesforce, and Gong integrations — captures accurate win/loss insights and surfaces meaningful competitive signals across the organization.
- Monitor competitor announcements, product launches, messaging shifts, and pricing updates, synthesizing insights that help position ClearCo more effectively in competitive deals.
- Support the execution of Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 product launches, coordinating timelines, materials, and communication across Product, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Customer Success teams.
- Develop and maintain product messaging and sales enablement materials, including product overviews, solution briefs, sell sheets, and competitive comparisons.
- Support customer communications around new product capabilities, including product announcements, release updates, and customer newsletters.
- Coordinate customer-facing digital events, such as product roadmap webinars and feature update briefings that help customers understand and adopt new capabilities.
- Assist with industry analyst engagement, including coordinating briefings, preparing materials, and sharing relevant research insights with internal teams.
WHAT WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE
- 1-3 years of experience in product marketing, marketing, sales enablement, customer marketing, customer service, market research, or a related role (B2B SaaS preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain product capabilities, differentiation, and value.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
- Analytical curiosity and interest in understanding markets, competitors, and customer needs, with the ability to synthesize insights into clear messaging or recommendations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
- Comfort working with modern SaaS tools and systems, such as Slack, Google Workspace, project management tools, and CRM or enablement platforms.
- Experience supporting product launches, sales enablement, customer communications, or competitive intelligence initiatives is a plus.
- Familiarity with enterprise software, HR technology, or B2B platforms is helpful but not required.
- Exposure to tools such as Salesforce, Gong, competitive intelligence platforms (e.g., Klue), or analytics tools is a plus.
Transferable skills will be considered!
The base compensation for this position is $65,000 to $70,000 with the potential for up to 5% annual bonus.
