DIRECTOR OF CHANNEL SALES
Listed in the Inc. 5000 for ten consecutive years as one of the fastest-growing Talent platforms in America, we are expanding our Channel Sales Team with a mission to build, enable, and scale a high-performing network of third-party sellers that expand ClearCompany’s market reach and drive sustainable revenue growth.
The base compensation for this position is $140,000 to $150,000 annualized depending on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for additional performance-based commissions/bonuses paid out quarterly. This role is eligible for an additional compensation incentive in the form of performance-based bonus & commissions. The performance-based payout is up to $100,000 annually when performing within the target range. A detailed plan will be provided in writing at the time of offer.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will join forces with our SVP of Partnerships & Account Management and work in a highly visible and collaborative environment across our Sales, Marketing, Product, Development, Customer Success, and Implementation teams.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Director of Channel Sales role combines leadership and individual contributor responsibilities. You will drive ClearCompany’s channel sales strategy by managing and expanding relationships with resellers and distributors. Your team will be responsible for maximizing sales performance, ensuring enablement and alignment to ClearCompany goals, and driving revenue growth across existing partners. In addition, you will lead efforts to identify, sign, and activate new partners to expand our channel ecosystem and market reach.
