SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST
The Sales Support Specialist is highly organized and detail-oriented, focused on supporting our Account Management team to grow and retain existing ClearCompany clients by driving operational excellence and closing deals efficiently. This role’s responsibilities include administrative tasks, managing contracts, and working cross functionally within the organization.
The base compensation for this position is $68,000 to $75,000 annualized depending on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for an additional compensation incentive in the form of performance-based bonuses paid out annually of up to 10% of the base salary.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role will report to the Director of Revenue Operations and will work closely with the Account Management team. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with numerous departments including sales, revenue operations, finance, support, and customer success.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Contract Management: Create, update, and manage sales contracts in our e-signature tool (e.g., PandaDoc or similar), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Opportunity Management: Maintain and update sales opportunities in Salesforce, ensuring records reflect current deal stages and details.
- Account Data Hygiene: Regularly update account-level data to ensure accuracy andcompleteness across systems.
- Contact Management: Add, maintain, and update key contact information for clients and prospects.
- Seller Assistance: Provide responsive support to Account Managers on deal preparation, including compiling necessary documents, and facilitating internal approvals.
- Transactional Support: Manage a high volume of reactive requests from the sales team, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
WHAT WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE
- 1–2 years (preferred) of experience in sales operations, sales support, data entry, or
- administrative roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills. Proficient in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, transactional environment.
- Experience with Salesforce preferred.
- Familiarity with e-signature tools such as PandaDoc, DocuSign, or similar a plus.
- Experience with customer success or account management platforms (e.g., Catalyst, Gainsight) a plus but not required.
