The base salary for this role will be between $180,000-$190,000. In addition this role will be eligible for up to a 15% annual bonus as well as potential equity shares after a full year of employment.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
As VP of Growth Marketing, you’ll be the architect of how we acquire, engage, and expand our customer base. You’ll design and launch transformative strategies across the entire customer lifecycle; from first touch to expansion. Reporting directly to the CMO, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure every initiative aligns with our business goals.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the Customer Journey: Lead end-to-end lifecycle management, ensuring seamless alignment with sales and customer success to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Drive Account-Based Growth: Spearhead account-based marketing, segmenting, targeting and engaging ICP-fit accounts to accelerate upmarket expansion.
- Optimize Performance: Harness data and analytics to refine strategies, measure ROI, and ensure every investment delivers outsized impact.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with sales, product, and customer success to align marketing campaigns and programs with business objectives.
- Lead High-Impact Events: Design and execute standout events that amplify brand presence and deepen customer engagement.
- Inspire and Lead: Mentor and empower a talented marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Manage Agency Partnerships: Work with external agencies to deliver creative, results-driven campaigns efficiently.
WHAT WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE
- Proven B2B SaaS Experience: 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with a track record of driving growth and leading successful account-based campaigns.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to align marketing with business objectives, delivering sustainable growth.
- Transformative Mindset: Experience building scalable frameworks and operations in fast-paced, multi-product SaaS environments.
- Modern, Innovative Approach: Passion for leveraging AI and emerging tech to reimagine lifecycle marketing.
- Leadership Excellence: Strong ability to inspire, mentor, and deliver results through your team, while helping their professional development.
- Strong Operational Skills: Experience working with Operations team members to streamline and enhance the technology stack and data analysis processes for maximum operational effectiveness.
- Exceptional Collaboration: Skilled at building relationships and driving results across remote, distributed teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in HR tech and selling to the HR persona is not a requirement but a huge plus.
