GROUP PRODUCT MANAGER
We are hiring a Group Product Manager, to lead and evolve our integration ecosystem across the HR tech landscape. This role is pivotal—not only to deliver robust, bi-directional integrations with key platforms like ADP, UKG, Paylocity, Workday, and SAP SuccessFactors, but to unlock the strategic potential of integrations as drivers of partnership, customer expansion, and AI-powered innovation.
The base salary for this role is $135,000 - $155,000
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management, you’ll be responsible for shaping our roadmap across third-party integrations, collaborating deeply with engineering, partnership, and customer-facing teams, and contributing to our growing public and partner API and agentic AI strategy. You’ll be a key decision-maker in prioritizing integrations based on business value, platform fit, and go-to-market opportunities.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key third-party bi-directional integrations, particularly in HRIS and payroll systems
- Partner closely with our Partnerships team to align integrations with go-to-market strategy and co-selling opportunities
- Prioritize based on business value, platform fit, and go-to-market opportunities
- Collaborate with a dedicated pod of engineers and QA analysts to deliver secure, reliable, scalable integrations
- Work cross-functionally with Implementation, Customer Success, Support and Sales Engineering to ensure integrations are high-impact and easy to adopt
- Align with our Platform/Shared Services Product Manager to ensure consistent architecture across external integrations and internal APIs
- Integrate with AI agent infrastructure, helping ClearCompany build agentic experiences
- Stay hands-on and curious with emerging technologies, especially in the AI and automation ecosystem
WHAT WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE
- 4–7 years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or HR technology
- Experience managing API-based integrations and the technical relationships with third-party vendors
- Strong partnership instincts—able to co-develop business cases, imagine partner use cases, and influence go-to-market alignment
- Familiarity with HRIS like ADP, UKG, Paylocity, Workday/SAP SuccessFactors a plus
- Technical fluency and comfort discussing webhooks, OAuth2, REST APIs, and data synchronization models
- Experience working with or evaluating iPaaS and embedded integration platforms (e.g., Merge.dev, Workato, Joynd, StackOne)
- Enthusiasm for AI and automation trends, and a desire to build infrastructure that powers modern agentic use cases
