MIDMARKET SALES EXECUTIVE

Listed in the Inc. 5000 for multiple consecutive years as the fastest growing Talent Management platform in America, we are expanding our Sales Team to accelerate company revenue growth through spreading the word of ClearCompany's Talent Success approach and closing new business. Here is what you’ll get:

- A clear-cut, uncapped comp plan with attainable sales goals, not vague verbal targets.
The base compensation for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 annualized depending on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for additional compensation incentives in the form of performance-based commissions paid out quarterly and an Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). Total annual comp including base salary if performing 100% to plan is $198,000 - $213,000.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This role is quota-bearing, requires a strong motor, and provides high earnings potential. MidMarket Sales Executives will have high visibility across the organization and are expected to operate as consultative, subject matter experts in the SaaS HCM marketplace. Here is what you can expect:
- You will start on a 4-month ramp. In your first 2 weeks you will be formally trained in our product in a hands-on approach within your own sandbox account that will eventually become your demo account.
- To round out weeks 3 and 4 you will train with your team and learn our approach to selling, pricing, and closing. You will be tested in a series of mock calls to determine your preparedness to run your first demo at around day 30.
- During your first month, you will meet with our Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Implementation, and Account Management teams for a deep dive training on the core missions of those departments and how they interact with the new business sales organization and ClearCompany as a whole.
- Throughout the remainder of your ramp, you will challenge yourself to grow towards subject matter expertise in our product while opening your pipeline to more complex sales situations and deal sizes through sales training, shadowing, and leading demos directly with customers.
- After month 4 and beyond, you will continue to drive ClearCompany revenue through prospecting, providing platform demos, nurturing and closing deals.
- Interaction with prospects via Zoom, Vidyard, phone, email, chat and occasional on-site visits.
- Keeping sales activity updated in salesforce.com to ensure opportunity efficiency.
- Collaboration with Product & Marketing to identify and develop additional areas of opportunity.
- Education of prospects on ClearCompany's Talent Management Platform.

- A consultative approach with a passion for learning the intricacies of our products, the many challenges our customers face, and how to position ClearCompany against competing solutions.
- A strong character with a professional and ethical approach to selling that inspires trust and confidence in the marketplace.
- HR Technology and/or SaaS Sales experience in a demo/closing role (5+ years preferred).
- Proficiency with standard business tools (email, voicemail, MS Office, Google Docs, etc.) as well as collaboration and sales technology (Slack, Zoom, Salesforce.com, etc.)
- Transferable skills will be considered.
