GROWTH CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER

Listed in the Inc. 5000 for multiple consecutive years as the fastest growing Talent Management platform in America, we are expanding our Customer Success Team with a mission to retain existing clients and cultivate client advocacy through building their perceived value, problem-solving issues and proactively identifying trends. Customer Success Managers act as a liaison between the client and internal ClearCompany departments to ensure that the products we are providing are meeting the client’s needs and surpassing expectations.

The base compensation for this position is $72,000 to $82,000 depending on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for an additional compensation incentive in the form of performance based bonus paid out quarterly. The quota is based on 1) Revenue Retention, 2) Revenue Growth, and 3) Customer Health. The annual bonus potential is $14,000 when performing on target. A detailed incentive plan will be provided in writing at the time of offer.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

As a Customer Success Manager, you will collaborate with Product, Support, Account Management, Implementation and engineering in order to create the best experience for the customer. Your knowledge of the customer’s business and the knowledge of ClearCompany’s products and services will allow you to advocate for the best solution.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

In your first 90 days, you’ll

  • Learn how ClearCompany’s products and services work and how ClearCompany can have a positive impact on our clients’ businesses.
  • Own a portfolio of clients and begin to learn their needs and begin to identify area that you can provide the most value and minimizing churn risk.

Within your first 6 months, you’ll

  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor for your clients, partnering with all levels of their organization to share best practices, overcome challenges, and achieve their business objectives.
  • Become a subject matter expert in ClearCompany Talent Management, able to effectively communicate value and influence outcomes
  • Establish control and consistency within your portfolio, capitalizing on growth opportunity while proactively identifying and managing risk.

WHAT WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE

  • 2+ years of experience managing a customer portfolio, or in Human Resources, or a combination of the two.
  • Experience managing risk, retention, and growth efforts in a portfolio, or in Human Resources, or a combination of the two
  • A proven track record of consistent performance across your portfolio, emphasizing control, ownership, and influence over your customer base.
  • A strong technical aptitude with a problem-solving mentality and the ability to quickly distill difficult concepts into easy-to-understand stories.
  • A strategic mindset that is driven by the ability to uncover customer pain points and offer meaningful, creative solutions coupled with expertise and empathy
  • A strong sense of accountability and ownership that allows you to operate honestly and tactfully with customers; pushing back when required with an ability to explain why it is in their best interest.
  • Transferable skills will be considered.
