SALES OPERATIONS MANAGER
Listed in the Inc. 5000 for multiple consecutive years as the fastest growing Talent Management platform in America, we are committed to building a long-term profitable business model. To achieve this goal, we are seeking a skilled Sales Operations Manager. This employee will play an important role in assisting our Go-To-Market teams to achieve their sales targets through support of the sales processes and cadences to allow salespeople to be successful in their day-to-day activities.
The base compensation for this position is $80,000 to $95,000 annualized depending on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for an additional compensation incentive in the form of performance-based bonuses paid out annually of up to 10% of the base salary.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Provide day–to–day support to sales leadership on all aspects of execution, including reporting, analytics, pipeline updates, pipeline management, etc.
- Expand current reporting and analytical capabilities to improve visibility to data through the sales cycle
- Develop tools, metrics, dashboards, and analysis of business performance and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to help grow the business
- Support the sales teams through standard cadences, ad-hoc tasks, scheduled business reviews and relevant reporting for tactical and executive level reviews
- Support go-to-market strategy development and budgeting, including headcount planning, account segmentation, territory assignments, coverage models, and target setting
- Work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, and product to refine and improve pricing and packaging across the organization
- Help design, implement, and manage incentive compensation planning for the organization
- Drive continuous improvement in the Sales Operations processes
- Work closely with the leadership team to manage key relevant revenue focused initiatives across the company
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
- You will work in a highly visible and collaborative environment, at the intersection of sales, account management, customer success, marketing, and finance.
- You will report directly to the Manager of Revenue Operations and work closely with all members of the management team.

WHAT WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE
- 3+ years of experience at a SaaS company in Revenue/Sales Ops, Sales, or Finance.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS business model.
- Solid Excel spreadsheet skills with proven experience handling large data sets, conducting analysis, providing insight, and building models.
- Experience with Business Intelligence Tools (i.e. PowerBI, Tableau, etc) is a plus.
- 2+ years of Salesforce experience, CPQ experience is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail with a problem-solving mentality and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and create unconventional solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
