DEAL DESK ANALYST
Listed in the Inc. 5000 for multiple consecutive years as the fastest growing Talent Management platform in America, we are committed to building a long-term profitable business model. To achieve this goal, we are seeking a skilled Deal Desk Analyst. This employee will play an important role in driving profitable revenue growth, managing risk to the business, and supporting collaboration between teams. This person will work across departments to support the sales motion, streamline sales processes, and drive business insights into our wins and losses.
The base compensation for this position is $80,000-$95,000 annualized depending on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for an additional compensation incentive in the form of performance-based bonuses paid out annually of up to 10% of the base salary.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
- You will work in a highly visible and collaborative environment, at the intersection of sales, account management, legal and finance.
- You will report directly to the Manager of Revenue Operations and work closely with all members of the management team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Partner with Sales teams as the key point of contact for deal related matters related to structure, pricing, and special terms during deal negotiations.
- Become an expert in ClearCompany’s pricing and packaging strategy and support sales teams in quoting process.
- Manage and monitor the quote queue in a timely manner for any deals that meet the criteria requiring deal desk review.
- Review deal structure and company contracts in accordance with company policies.
- Support creation of executive review summaries so decision makers can make quick and informed decisions without slowing deal progress.
- Lead weekly Deal Review calls, and prepare agenda and materials required for an effective meeting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure all deal management processes are efficient, aligned, and following best practices.
- Manage and maintain all deal desk reporting, metrics, and trend analysis.
- Support the booking process throughout the month to ensure accuracy and bookings policy alignment for compensation and executive reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve the quoting and contract process through standardization and implementation of best practices.
- Develop collaborative relationships across departments creating cross-functional alignment through deal process.
- Support management of enablement content for all deal desk related materials and communication on new or changing processes.

WHAT WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE
- 3+ years of experience at a SaaS company in Sales, Finance, or Revenue/Sales Ops.
- Direct experience in Deal Desk / Pricing role a plus.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and GAAP Rules.
- 2+ years of Salesforce experience, CPQ experience is a plus.
- SaaS Pricing and Packaging experience is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid spreadsheet skills with proven experience handling large data sets, conducting analysis, and building models.
- Excellent attention to detail with a problem-solving mentality and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and create unconventional solutions.
