SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Listed in the Inc. 5000 for multiple consecutive years as the fastest growing Talent Management platform in America, we are expanding our Account Development Representative team with a mission to create demand of ClearCompany solutions through creative outreach utilizing a consultative approach that demonstrates value to prospective clients.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will join forces with our talented team who all share the same mindset to be ClearCompany’s growth engine by generating accumulative demand for our talent management solutions and taking the company to new heights.

You will work in a highly visible and collaborative environment across our Client Support, Development, User Experience, Sales, and Marketing Teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Increase revenue through inbound activities including but not limited to following up with leads, calling, emailing, InMail, and direct mail.
  • Understand and convey ClearCompany’s mission, value proposition, and product.
  • Become a brand ambassador by getting to know and love the ClearCompany product and differentiators.
  • Experiment with new and creative prospecting strategies.

Challenge yourself to continually improve sales skills, exceed quota, and grow as a sales professional enabling your promotion to an Outbound Account Development Representative, Sales Executive, Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or other growth position within ClearCompany.

WHAT WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE

  • Self-motivated to be proactive and creative within your outreach to show prospective clients the value of ClearCompany’s solutions
  • Strong customer empathy, ability to uncover their pain points, and offer meaningful and creative solutions.
  • Ability to operate honestly and tactfully with customers; push back when required with ability to explain why it is in their best interest.
  • A problem-solving mentality and the ability to quickly distill difficult concepts into easy-to-understand stories.

The base compensation for this position is $43,000 to $50,000 annualized depending on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for an additional compensation incentive in the form of performance based commissions paid out quarterly. The quota is based on the number of Sales Qualified Leads achieved with a bonus payout between $21,200 and $34,400 annually when performing on target. A detailed commission plan will be provided in writing at the time of offer.
