CLIENT CONFIGURATION ASSOCIATE

Listed in the Inc. 5000 for multiple consecutive years as the fastest growing Talent Management platform in America, we are expanding our Implementation Team with a mission to streamline the customer setup experience, removing unnecessary effort, and collaborating directly with customers to seamlessly align their content and processes within our system functionality.

The base compensation for this position is $42,000-$44,000 annualized depending on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for an additional compensation incentive in the form of performance based raises and promotion opportunities.

  • You will be joining forces with our Implementation Team to revolutionize the customer implementation journey, achieving unparalleled excellence by slashing costs, turbocharging time-to-value, and forging an unforgettably exceptional experience.
  • You will work in a highly visible and collaborative environment across our Implementation, Sales, Customer Success, Shared Services, and Customer Support teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Client Configuration Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Client Configuration Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient onboarding of our clients through the accurate buildout and entry of their account information. This role requires strong computer skills, data entry proficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively with teammates and clients with a focus on optimizing the customer experience.

  • Your first 14 days will be an opportunity to learn our software system and align that learning with the duties and responsibilities of the role.
  • At 21 days, you’ll have the ability to achieve basic setup tasks for clients such as stock content and custom content
  • At 30 days, you’ll be fully ramped to achieve basic/advanced setup task types, with a basic understanding of complex setup task types.
  • On an ongoing basis, you work directly with our clients as Configuration Associates and take on new tasks to help achieve business objectives!

WHAT WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer Service: Experience dealing with customers in any capacity, including but not limited to call centers, IT support, hospitality industry.
  • Data Management: Detail-oriented individual proficient in data management with a keen eye for detail
  • Communication: Proactive outreach with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Technology: Enjoy working with technology. Experience with Excel is a plus.
  • Planning and Organizing: Strong organizational skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Passion to find ways to optimize productivity.
  • Independent Streak: Critical thinkers who are supported and empowered to make decisions and act autonomously.
  • Growth Mindset: Willingness to adapt to changes in processes and software. A strong desire to launch a career in Saas company with interest in growing professionally in areas such as Training, Project Management, Customer Support, or others.
