SBC/CORE ACCOUNT MANAGER

The SBC/Core Account Manager will be responsible for the top-line growth of our largest and most complex clients, ensuring that they continue to grow with ClearCompany in order to achieve success within their organization.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You will join an impactful team of Account Managers and have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with numerous departments within ClearCompany.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Conduct well-informed and consultative meetings with key stakeholders to demonstrate ClearCompany’s value across the entire product suite.
  • Create and manage a pipeline of revenue opportunities by engaging assigned accounts and proactively driving new business to ensure consistent quota achievement.
  • Consult and assess customers’ needs and recommend solutions based on those needs.
  • Preparing sales contracts, demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Collaborate and partner with Customer Success Managers to unlock new revenue growth opportunities.

WHAT WE’D LIKE YOU TO HAVE

  • 1-2 years (preferred) of experience in consultative sales processes and relationship management· Track record of meeting and exceeding quota expectations
  • The ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level (what you’ll do)
  • Organized and process-oriented, but able to adapt to change
  • Thrive off of problem-solving and excel at crafting solutions, then seeing them through from start to finish
  • Previous experience in a SaaS environment (preferred)
  • Sales training a plus
  • HCM / HR experience a plus

The base compensation for this position is $50,000 to $70,000 annualized plus an on target earnings (OTE) of $153,000 to $173,000. A detailed commission plan will be provided in writing at the time of offer.
